Gofuku translates as draperies or dry goods and is the name of one of the three campus' of New Toyama University, where, among other things, the International Student Centre is located. Perhaps an unfortunate decision. Toyama has a population of about 420,000 and according to their blurb is surrounded by rich nature and culture.
Image is not of University!
